We match on subject, level, personality and learning needs rather than assigning whoever happens to be free. Tell us about your child and we find the tutor who genuinely suits them.
Yes. Every session is one-to-one and delivered online, so there is no travel and your child can learn from home.
Most families are matched with a tutor within a few hours of getting in touch, and a first session can often be booked the same day.
The first session is paid for in advance. Continuing tuition is normally arranged and paid monthly in advance, giving families a clear schedule of upcoming lessons. The exact arrangement is confirmed before tuition begins.
Please let us know as soon as possible. We will work with you and the tutor to find a suitable alternative where availability allows. Paid sessions that cannot take place can be rescheduled or carried forward by agreement.
Lessons respond to your child's current level and the goals you set at the start. You receive regular progress updates from the tutor, so you always know how your child is getting on.
